Why organize this mental health challenge?

Mental Health is a wide range of conditions that affects mood, ¬†thinking and behavior.¬† Making simple changes to improve your mental health doesn’t need to cost a fortune or take up loads of time.¬† It is important to take very good care of yourself and lead a positive life, ¬†why not take take that leap of faith ¬†today?¬†
